Job summary

INTEGRIS Health is seeking a remote RN Case Manager – Utilization Review for a full-time days position in Oklahoma City, OK, with every-other-weekend rotations. You will assess clinical, psychological, and financial needs, coordinate transfers, and develop discharge plans to ensure high-quality care.

The role requires a BSN, Oklahoma RN license or eNLC, and a current BLS certification. You will collaborate with physicians and hospital staff to optimize resource utilization and discharge planning

Qualifications

• 2 years experience in a clinical setting (e.g., home health, inpatient, physician office, clinic)
• RN licensure in Oklahoma or eNLC multistate license
• BLS (Basic Life Support) certification required within 30 days of hire
• Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN)

Responsibilities

• Completes a comprehensive assessment of patients' clinical, psychological and financial needs using available resources.
• Coordinates timely transfers to appropriate levels of care as indicated by clinical needs and utilization criteria.
• Develops and revises discharge plans, including referrals to health care and community resources.
• Communicates discharge care plans to patient, family, and health care professionals.
• Supports physicians and hospital staff in appropriate utilization of resources and timely discharge planning.
• Facilitates patient transfers between hospital departments and to other health care organizations.
• Maintains knowledge of CMS regulations, Medicare/Medicaid, and payer guidelines; educates patients and families on HCFA regulations.
