PharmaCord seeks a Remote Registered Nurse (RN) Case Manager to assist patients in navigating their therapy journey. This role involves assessing barriers to treatment, educating patients, and providing support throughout their medical care. Ideal candidates will have a strong nursing background, excellent interpersonal skills, and a commitment to patient advocacy in a remote setting.

Qualifikationen

• 2-3 years of nursing experience with relevant disease state experience preferred.
• Knowledge about clinical aspects of the disease state.
• Experience in case management or clinical trial nursing is a plus.

Aufgaben

• Assess patient barriers to therapy and facilitate successful patient experiences.
• Educate patients on treatments, including administration and management of stress.
• Serve as a consistent resource throughout the continuum of program services.
