Job summary

Crawford & Company in Atlanta, GA is seeking an experienced RN Case Manager to join our remote team with local field travel. You will manage medical casework and coordinate care across insurance lines, with a focus on cost-effective solutions and adherence to URAC standards and CMSA practice guidelines.

The role requires an RN degree and national certifications (CCM, CRC, COHN, or CRRN) and offers quarterly bonus opportunities, CEU reimbursement, and licensing/certification support.

Qualifications

• RN degree required.
• National certifications CCM/CRC/COHN/CRRN required.
• Workers’ Comp case management experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide effective case management services in accordance with URAC, CMSA, and Broadspire QA guidelines.
• Support patients/employees with insurance lines including Workers’ Compensation, Group Health, Liability, Disability, and Care Management.
• Deliver cost-effective medical case management and coordinate care across services.
