• Experience with data collection, reporting, and compliance activities.

Responsibilities

• Supervises day-to-day activities for assigned staff and oversees training needs.
• Manages time, leave approvals, performance reviews, and staff motivation.
• Develops and maintains procedures for audits and quality improvements.
• Collects data for outcomes reporting and maintains weekly/monthly management reports.
