Qualifications

• Associate's degree in a job-related field; RN or related clinical licensure may be required.
• 5+ years in health promotion, health education, health insurance, or related healthcare roles; leadership experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of insurance/benefit programs and care management processes.

Responsibilities

• Supervises day-to-day activities for assigned staff and manages performance reviews.
• Identifies training needs and ensures accurate, efficient workflow across teams.
• Oversees specialty programs (wellness, disease management) and data collection.
• Develops procedures, audits, and documentation to improve quality and compliance.
• Prepares weekly/monthly management reports and coordinates with other departments.
