Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited school of Nursing.
• 3+ years of nursing experience in a hospital, acute care or clinic setting.
• Current RN license in Minnesota.

Responsibilities

• Provide telephonic nursing assessment and triage.
• Coordinate care across North Memorial Health programs.
• Document in the EMR and communicate with providers and departments.
• Educate and advise patients and their families.
