Responsibilities

• Review medical records and interpret clinical documentation with accuracy.
• Annotate, categorize, and label case data for AI model training using guideline-based criteria.
• Ensure annotations are clinically sound and aligned with UM guidelines.
• Contribute to high quality training datasets for AI model performance.
• Identify gaps, ambiguities, or inconsistencies in documentation and escalate as needed.
• Collaborate with data science, clinical operations, and product teams to ensure clinical accuracy of labeled data.
• Support testing, validation, and quality review for AI-supported UM tools.
