Job summary

IronArch Technology seeks an ISSO Security Analyst to support VA cybersecurity initiatives, focusing on RMF and ATO activities for mission-critical information systems. You will collaborate with VA ISOs, ISSOs, engineers, and stakeholders to ensure compliance and secure IT solutions throughout the system lifecycle.

You will maintain security documentation, track authorization milestones, and provide guidance on risk mitigation while expanding expertise in RMF, ATO, and federal requirements for

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS, Cybersecurity, IT, Electronics Engineering, or related field.
• 5+ years of professional IT experience; or 13+ years in lieu of a degree.
• Experience with RMF and ATO processes.
• Knowledge of NIST SP 800-53 and federal cybersecurity requirements.

Responsibilities

• Support RMF and ATO activities for VA information systems.
• Coordinate with ISOs, ISSOs, and stakeholders to maintain RMF lifecycle.
• Prepare SSPs, SAPs, SARs, POA&Ms, SIAs, and RMF documentation.
• Assist with continuous monitoring and security reviews.
• Present security findings to government stakeholders.
