Job summary

Sentar Inc. is seeking an RMF & ISSM Support Specialist to provide key RMF and security engineering services for a DHA government program. This remote role focuses on coordinating RMF packages, continuous monitoring, and security control implementation across DoD environments.

The ideal candidate has 6–8+ years in cybersecurity engineering with RMF/DoD experience, strong knowledge of NIST SP 800-53, and hands-on experience with eMASS, ACAS/Nessus, and STIGs. U.S.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's-level degree in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, Systems Engineering, or related field; or 10+ years of equivalent experience.
• Hands-on RMF/DoD security control implementation including SSPs, SCAs, and POA&Ms, with DoD/IC experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead RMF authorization activities including SSP development, SCAs, and POA&Ms.
• Perform continuous monitoring and vulnerability analysis using ACAS/Nessus and SCAP.
• Advise program leadership and stakeholders on RMF and security engineering status.
• Collaborate with ISSMs, admins, and CIOs to validate control implementation.
