Qualifications

• Extensive experience designing end-to-end pipelines for large-scale AI models.
• Deep expertise in distributed inference frameworks (vllm, sglang).
• Strong MLOps practices: model versioning, experiment tracking, and CI/CD.
• Passion for advancing AI research and democratizing access.
• Ability to distill complex results for blogs and customer-facing content.

Responsibilities

• Lead and participate in novel research to build a massive-scale synthetic data pipeline and orchestration solution.
• Optimize AI inference workloads for performance, cost, and resource utilization.
• Contribute to open-source libraries for synthetic data generation and distributed RL.
• Publish research in top AI conferences such as ICML and NeurIPS.
• Distill technical outcomes into accessible technical blogs for customers and developers.
• Stay updated on AI/ML infrastructure trends and identify platform enhancements.
