Job summary

Mass General Brigham Health Plan Holding Company, Inc. seeks a data-driven analyst to support the Risk Score Management program.

You will develop and produce risk adjustment reports from multiple data sources and drive opportunities to improve member risk profiles. You will work with internal departments such as Actuarial, Finance, Medical Economics, and Clinical to manage risk score projects, track outcomes, and communicate insights to leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Data analysis experience preferred.
• Strong analytical skills with SQL, SAS, or Excel.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Interest in government healthcare programs (Medicare, Medicaid).
• Ability to manage projects and work cross-functionally.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain risk adjustment analyses for the Risk Score department and stakeholders.
• Analyze claims and membership data to identify trends using Excel/SQL/SAS.
• Perform ad-hoc analyses to support internal and external customers.
• Evaluate data quality of internal and external datasets.
• Lead analytics projects with minimal supervision when required.
• Collaborate with Actuarial, Finance, Medical Economics, and Clinical teams.
• Support vendor reviews, audits, and in-home medical assessments.
• Track deliverables and maintain relationships with customers and vendors.
