JOB DESCRIPTION

Summary

The Product Manager Lead will be responsible for designing and driving end-to-end product planning and execution for Green Dot's Partner products and services. This position will define and prioritize market and partner requirements for API integrations, onboarding and integration, and work closely with internal and external teams to ensure all partner and internal stakeholder requirements are met. This role will work closely with Business leaders, Product, Risk, Legal/Compliance, Operations and Engineering to develop the product strategy and value proposition - including the customer journeys and user experience, and success metrics.

Responsibilities

1. Designs, develops and manages activities for launching GreenDot’s partner products and services from product definition and planning through production, release, and account management.
2. Leads all stages of a product’s lifecycle including modifications, upgrades and maintenance of the product or product line for the partnership.
3. Manages the delivery of continuous and effective services and ensures project completion is within budget and in accordance with contract requirements.
4. Defines functional and non-functional requirements and priorities with business owners and stakeholders such as Fraud Strategy, Fraud Operations, BSA/AML, Compliance, and Disputes.
5. Works closely with senior management to create product plans and roadmaps.
6. Triage product defects and ensure proper ownership and delegation towards resolutions.
7. Collaborates closely with development, QA, and Account Management teams.
8. Manages compliance with all IT governance standards through approved tools, templates, policies, procedures, and process leanings.
9. Performs other duties as needed.

Requirements

1. Experience with payments and money movement required including:
2. Minimum of 8 years experience with at least 3 years working in Fintech, or Banking technology industries with working knowledge of payments and consumer financial services.
3. Experience implementing and/or supporting Risk, Disputes, Compliance and BSA/AML systems.
4. Experience in managing an API-based B2B services.
5. Familiarity with the Azure platform.
6. Strong proven ability to influence cross-functional teams.
7. Working knowledge of Jira.
8. Strong written and oral communication skills.
9. Bachelor's degree in computer science, business or related field preferred.
10. Ability to work in Pacific, Mountain or Central time zones preferred.

PAY RANGE

The targeted base salary for this position is $109,300 to $163,900 per year. The final compensation will be determined by a number of factors such as qualifications, expertise, and the candidate’s geographical location.
