Job summary

Ethos is seeking experienced risk consultants to help train a language model on professional presentations and slide decks. You will create, evaluate, and refine AI-generated slides across core workflows including risk assessments, regulatory readiness roadmaps, and board materials, with a focus on accuracy and clarity.

This is a fully remote, part-time engagement requiring 5–20 hours weekly with flexible scheduling. Compensation is $80 per hour, start ASAP, with occasional extra work if desired.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in risk, regulatory, or internal audit advisory at a top firm (e.g., Big 4).
• Experience producing board- and regulator-facing materials.
• Expert-level PowerPoint and slide craftsmanship, with excellent written communication and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Assist in training the language model by creating, evaluating, and refining AI-generated presentations and slide decks.
• Develop materials across core workflows, including risk assessment decks, regulatory readiness roadmaps, control framework exhibits, and board materials.
• Ensure clarity, accuracy, and professional presentation quality in all deliverables.
