Job summary

Ethos is seeking experienced risk consultants to help train an AI language model by creating, evaluating, and refining AI-generated presentations and slide decks across core workflows such as risk assessment decks, regulatory readiness roadmaps, and board materials.

You will craft expert PowerPoint slides with precise writing and strong attention to detail, supporting risk, regulatory, or internal audit advisory work.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in risk, regulatory, or internal audit advisory at a top firm (e.g., Big 4).
• Experience producing board- and regulator-facing materials.
• Expert-level PowerPoint and slide craftsmanship, with excellent written communication and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Assist in training the language model by creating, evaluating, and refining AI-generated presentations and slide decks across core workflows, including risk assessment presentation decks, regulatory readiness roadmaps, control framework exhibits, board risk committee materials, and remediation program reporting.
