Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a related field.
• 5+ years of professional risk management experience.
• Strong grasp of risk taxonomy and KRIs/KPIs.
• Familiarity with COSO ERM, ISO 31000, NIST concepts.
• Experience with governance processes and executive reporting.
• Ability to translate complex risk topics into clear summaries.

Responsibilities

• Develop AI training content on risk topics (risk assessments, control mappings, mitigation plans).
• Evaluate AI responses for correctness, clarity, and usefulness, ranking them accordingly.
• Test outputs for inaccuracies, bias, and unsafe recommendations; ensure model integrity.
