The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting and has over 5 years of professional experience.

Your role will involve developing AI training content, optimizing AI performance, and ensuring model integrity across various business scenarios.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional experience in accounting (public accounting, industry, shared services, or advisory).
• Minimum C1 English proficiency with the ability to write clear, structured explanations.
• Prior experience with AI data training/annotation is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Create detailed prompts and gold-standard accounting outputs.
• Evaluate and rank AI responses to improve correctness and clarity.
• Test AI outputs for inaccuracies, misleading guidance, and bias.
