Job summary

Banco Plata, S.A., Institución de Banca Múltiple is seeking a Risk Data Source Lead to own how we source, evaluate, and integrate data into our risk decisioning. You’ll manage external data vendors and partner with Data Science, Modeling, and IT to productionize new sources.

The role focuses on ownership, defining KPIs, driving cost reductions, and ensuring data quality. Remote/hybrid work options available with relocation support to our hubs.

Qualifications

• Experience managing external data partnerships end-to-end.
• Strong project delivery skills across cross-functional teams.
• Solid understanding of data analytics to guide tasking and evaluation.
• Ability to assess data sources and their impact on models.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end vendor relationships, sourcing and negotiating data contracts.
• Drive cross-functional projects to productionize new data sources.
• Define and track KPIs for data sourcing and cost/quality impact.
• Coordinate with Data Science, Modeling, and IT to unblock delivery timelines.
• Maintain visibility into vendor costs, coverage, and impact.
