Job summary

OHSU is seeking a technically adept individual to support risk management data, systems administration, and reporting. The role emphasizes data integrity, system governance, and collaborative work with ITG and external vendors.

Responsibilities include managing Riskonnect/OnBase, producing dashboards and reports, and guiding process improvements while communicating effectively with diverse stakeholders across the university.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance, business administration, actuarial science, CS or related field.
• 5 years of progressive work experience in an administrative office setting.
• Experience in mid-level administrative or legal office environments with operational and project support.
• Proven ability to communicate with diverse audiences and manage projects.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate services, projects and liaison with ITG and vendors for risk systems.
• Serve as main point of contact for system upgrades with ITG and vendors.
• Administer Riskonnect, OnBase and custom RM systems; manage user access and training.
• Provide data analysis, reporting, and ad hoc reporting for internal and external stakeholders.
• Prepare loss runs, bordereau reports and communications with carriers and brokers.
• Assist with data integrity, data feeds, and system troubleshooting as needed.
