Job summary

ZestyAI is seeking a Risk Analytics Expert to drive advanced analytics for property and casualty insurance. You will lead demonstrations, guide pilots and PoCs, and translate client needs into actionable analytics and product enhancements.

This role emphasizes cross-team collaboration, regulatory insight, and delivering measurable value to insurers while leveraging cutting-edge AI tools. Remote work across the US and Canada, with a focus on scalable analytics, model validation, and stakeholder

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field.
• 5+ years in P&C insurance analytics or related roles.
• Strong SQL and Python skills with large datasets.
• Experience validating models (lift charts, Gini, loss ratios).
• Ability to explain analytics to non-technical buyers.
• Experience using AI tools for analysis and writing.

Responsibilities

• Lead demonstrations and technical overviews of ZestyAI's analytics and software capabilities.
• Advise on regulatory filing processes with actuarial consultants.
• Design and run pilots/PoCs end to end with client data.
• Own client deliverables from concept to realization to exceed expectations.
• Provide insights to Product to inform next-gen offerings.
• Lead discovery sessions to map client needs to ZestyAI products.
