Job summary

AnewHealth is seeking a Client Service Liaison to actively assess and monitor the Medicare revenue cycle for PACE programs. You will partner with client financial teams to interpret payment data, identify variances, and ensure timely premium payments in the Medicare revenue cycle.

You will collaborate with Capstone teams, provide training, and support onboarding for new clients while maintaining strong relationships and ensuring high-quality service delivery.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in Hierarchical Condition Categories (HCC) or risk adjustment.
• Experience with Risk Adjustment Analytics strongly preferred.
• Knowledge of CMS Medicare revenue cycle in the risk adjustment payment model.

Responsibilities

• Completes assessment for assigned panel of PACE programs using CMS returns files and input from Capstone analytics.
• Assess the client’s action plan based on quarterly assessments with on-site visits and virtual calls.
• Develops and strengthens Capstone client relationships in the defined assignment panel.
• Collaborates with the project coordinator to ensure successful new client onboarding.
• Monitors client needs and recommends additional services or improvements as appropriate.
• Ensures customer satisfaction by resolving issues quickly and creatively.
• Assists clients with navigating and optimizing Capstone reports and services.
• Provides/trains clients via webinars as needed.
• Collaborates with Capstone teams regarding the assigned client panel.
• Maintains master schedules for all clients in the panel.
• Participates in internal calls regarding clients in the panel.
• Maintains licenses/certifications and attends training to stay current.
• Participates in department meetings, client calls, and evaluations.
• Performs other duties as required and completes miscellaneous Capstone projects.
