Job summary

AnewHealth is seeking a Client Service Liaison to deliver specialized expertise in assessing and monitoring the Medicare revenue cycle for PACE programs. You will collaborate with PACE program financial teams to interpret payment data and support accurate premium payments.

This remote role requires at least three years in HCC/risk adjustment, strong MS Word/Excel/PowerPoint skills, and the ability to communicate clearly with clients.

Qualifications

• Experience with Hierarchical Condition Categories (HCC) or risk adjustment is required.
• Knowledge of Risk-Adjusted contracting or CMS Medicare revenue cycle is preferred.
• Proficiency with MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint; willingness to learn new software.

Responsibilities

• Assess assigned panel of PACE programs using CMS data and analytics.
• Develops action plans each quarter, including on-site or virtual reviews.
• Strengthens Capstone client relationships within the assignment panel.
• Coordinates onboarding of new clients with Capstone project team.
• Monitors client needs and recommends service improvements.
• Resolves client issues promptly and creatively to ensure satisfaction.
• Provides training or education to clients via webinars when needed.
