Job summary

GeBBS Consulting is seeking a skilled Risk Adjustment Coder for a remote role to support ACA RADV coding for a New York-based health plan partner. The ideal candidate will review medical records and validate diagnoses to ensure documentation meets risk adjustment and compliance standards.

Strong Excel skills are required, and experience with ACA RADV, a medical coder certification, or knowledge of QNXT is a plus.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Medical Coder.
• Prior ACA RADV coding experience.
• Strong Excel skills.
• Medical Coder certification is a plus.
• QNXT is nice to have but not required.

Responsibilities

• Support the validation of health risk factors identified through coding activities.
