Job summary

Cambia Health Solutions, Inc. is seeking a Temporary Risk Adjustment Campaign Associate to support Medicare Advantage and Commercial campaigns in a work-from-home setup across Oregon, Washington, Idaho or Utah for roughly five months.

You will monitor vendor performance, assist with project reporting, and retrieve EMR records as needed. A bachelor’s degree plus two years in a project-support role is required; project management training and CPC/CRC certification are a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, project management, healthcare, or related field with 2+ years in a project support role (health care preferred)
• Certificate or training in Project Management is a plus
• CPC and CRC certification is a plus

Responsibilities

• Monitor daily vendor performance against project schedule.
• Support the preparation of project reports and presentation of information to management, project teams, and client/customer groups.
• Monitor project documentation for compliance with standards.
• Develop and maintain the project documentation library across project databases.
• Apply continuous quality improvement techniques to all facets of job responsibilities.
• Plan and manage small, well-defined projects or sub-projects under supervision.
• Retrieve medical records for MA and ACA campaigns through internal EMR access per production goals.
