Qualifications

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Learn and maintain knowledge of multiple systems, products, and services.
• Provide subject matter expertise for third-party investment platforms to advisors, clients, and stakeholders.
• Identify process improvements to build efficiencies and productivity.
• Respond to inquiries from Eagle Strategies Advisors.
• Assist Internal Consultant and Portfolio Specialist Teams with new cases.
• Adhere to a daily schedule based on business needs.
