Job summary

Offshore 24/7 is seeking an Architectural Draftsperson (Revit) for high-end multi-residential projects. This 100% remote role supports the Australian market from a Philippine employment model. Strong Revit skills and Australian documentation experience are essential.

The role emphasizes detailed design-led projects and coordination across multiple disciplines. Full-time, permanent Philippine employment with Offshore 24/7, with ongoing training and development and a supportive Australian team.

Qualifications

Proficient in Autodesk Revit and producing For Construction documentation.
Experience building and modifying parametric Revit families.
Strong BIM workflow and model coordination experience.
Ability to read and coordinate consultant documentation across disciplines.
Clear written and spoken English.

Responsibilities

Produce Revit models and documentation across project phases for multi-residential projects.
Prepare plans, elevations, sections, details, schedules and legends to construction standards.
Create and modify parametric Revit families.
Coordinate consultant drawings across structural, mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, civil and fire services.
Escalate technical issues to the Australian Project Architect.
Manage multiple projects and deadlines with clear communication to the Australian team.
