You will provide operational leadership across the Revenue Process and supervise a team of six FTEs, focusing on budgeting, performance, and process improvements.

Responsibilities include recruitment oversight, training development, and ensuring compliant, efficient revenue cycle operations aligned with contracts and fee schedules.

Qualifications

• Requires HS diploma or GED with 4+ years of relevant experience, including at least 1 year in management in a healthcare setting.

• Monitor AR, investigate variances, and implement corrective actions.
