Trinity Health in Livonia, Michigan is seeking a Nursing Support (NS) colleague to provide safe, quality care under the supervision of a registered nurse. The role includes direct and indirect nursing interventions within the scope of practice and compliant with hospital policies.

You will assist with care plans, document care, and support the care team to ensure timely, coordinated patient experiences. A high school diploma or GED and state license are required, with RN or NS IV credentials

Formación

• High school diploma or GED required.
• License in the applicable state(s) of engagement required.
• Nursing license (RN/NS IV) preferred or required by assignment.

Responsabilidades

• Provide nursing interventions and clinical knowledge within scope of practice.
• Assist in planning, implementing and evaluating care.
• Document care and coordinate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure safe, quality patient care.
• May administer medications and support treatment within license scope.
