UNC Health is seeking a Supervisor of Revenue Integrity to oversee staff and daily processes within the UNC Health Care System Revenue Integrity Program. The role ensures efficient and high-quality operations to meet SLA and regulatory standards.

The supervisor collaborates with Compliance, Internal Audit, legal, and external consultants to analyze billing and coding issues, educate teams, and improve charge accuracy across the organization.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in a related field (or equivalent combination of education, training and experience).
• Two (2) years of relevant experience and one (1) year of supervisory or team lead experience if a Bachelor's Degree.
• Six (6) years of relevant experience and one (1) year of supervisory or team lead experience if an Associate's Degree.
• Ten (10) years of relevant experience and one (1) year of supervisory or team lead experience if a High School Diploma or GED.

Mansioni

• Oversee daily Revenue Integrity processes and staffing to meet quality/productivity goals.
• Collaborate with Compliance Office, Internal Audit, legal, and outside consultants on billing, coding, and compliance issues.
• Proactively identify opportunities to avoid missed charges and educate teams on charge practices and medical necessity.
