Job summary

Responsibilities

Establish and maintain effective communication with assigned practices or hospital sites to identify and address business needs.
Collaborate across departments to support integration of new services and opportunities.
Conduct regular meetings with stakeholders and provide timely responses to inquiries.
Analyze monthly performance data, including projections and budget comparisons; provide statistical reports.
Conduct quality assurance checks and support implementation tasks; maintain issue lists and action plans.
Provide updates on RCO initiatives aimed at improving billing and revenue capture; assist with budgeting and forecasting.
Monitor activity using EPIC Dashboards, Work queues, and reports; report on performance variances.
Develop standardized reporting, analysis, and quality management approaches to ensure accurate charge and receivables processing.
Represent RCO functional areas and facilitate communication across teams; participate in meetings and committees.
