Mom’s Meals in Des Moines, IA is seeking an Operations Excellence Manager for Revenue Cycle Management to accelerate cash collections, reduce leakage, and improve financial performance. You will partner with Revenue Cycle leadership and frontline teams, leverage data and process improvement methods, and lead cross-functional initiatives with minimal initial direct reports.

• 5+ years’ progressive Revenue Cycle Management experience.
• Advanced Excel and strong analytical skills.
• Experience analyzing large data sets and driving measurable operational improvements.
• Strong project leadership, communication, and influencing skills.

Responsibilities

• Revenue Cycle Performance & Analytics: Monitor KPIs, identify trends, conduct root-cause analysis, and provide actionable recommendations
• Operational Excellence & Process Improvement: Lead initiatives to improve collections, reduce aging, optimize workflows, and enhance efficiency
• Cross-Functional Leadership & Execution: Partner with leaders, supervisors, billers, and stakeholders to drive accountability and results
• Payer Performance & Escalation Management: Resolve reimbursement barriers, manage payer escalations, and improve reimbursement performance
• Reporting & Executive Communication: Develop reporting, dashboards, and executive-level performance summaries
