Job summary

Qualifications

• Management and oversight experience in a healthcare revenue cycle setting.
• Ability to coordinate onboarding and project management with multiple stakeholders.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills for client issues.

Responsibilities

• Oversees and manages client relationships with Physician Billing Services (PBS) in all Revenue Cycle areas.
• Coordinates onboarding activities for new providers including services, documentation, EMR/Practice Management setup, and workflows.
• Acts as primary client contact for front-end revenue cycle issues and collaborates with coding/compliance for training and feedback.
• Partners with PBS management and operations to ensure charge entry, AR resolution, and patient satisfaction.
• Leads monthly client progress reporting to executive management and assists in special PBS projects.
• Communicates with Coding to monitor APCs and supports reimbursement issue resolution with payers.
• Manages personnel, performance reviews, hiring decisions, and staff workload.
