Qualifications

• 5+ years of in and outpatient collections experience.
• Strong understanding of revenue cycle processes, fee schedules, and insurance contracts.
• Proficient in Excel and comfortable working with large datasets.
• Excellent communication skills for reporting and presentations.
• Ability to work quickly, multi-task, and meet deadlines.
• Stable work history preferred.

Responsibilities

• Review and audit account adjustments, ensuring compliance with approval thresholds.
• Manage AR cleanup and collections for outpatient claims.
• Analyze fee schedules and insurance contracts.
• Track high-dollar adjustments (over $10K) and categorize trends in spreadsheets.
• Prepare monthly reports and present findings to leadership.
• Support major projects by analyzing flagged trends and pulling detailed reports.
• Collaborate with managers to provide feedback and optimize processes.
