OpenLoop Health, Inc. seeks a Revenue & Billing Analyst to join our team remotely or at HQ in Des Moines, IA. In this client-facing role, you will own billing activities for an assigned portfolio of accounts, interpret contracts, calculate fees and payouts, prepare invoices and monitor cash-pay activity.

We are looking for someone with strong spreadsheet skills, exceptional attention to detail, and the independence to deliver accurate work in a deadline-driven, fast-growing environment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in billing operations or related function.
• Proficient in Excel/Sheets with formulas and lookups.
• Experience with cash-pay or customer-pay models.
• Ability to interpret varied client contracts and pricing terms.
• Strong problem-solving and independent yet collaborative work style.
• Familiar with automation tools and reporting dashboards.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and submit membership fee payments to partners.
• Manage accounts receivable and respond to inquiries.
