Job summary

Five Star Solutions is seeking motivated associates to support retirement plan participants with their distribution and account inquiries in a remote, customer-focused environment.

Ideal candidates have a background in finance or retirement services, strong communication skills, and the ability to navigate multiple computer systems such as Amplify, Salesforce, Word, and Excel. The role offers full-time hours, a starting wage of $15 per hour with a $1 shift differential, and paid training.

Qualifications

• 1 year previous customer service, call center, or office experience preferred
• Background check as per state and federal laws
• Must be 18 years of age and able to work independently

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound participant calls, emails, and voicemails with professionalism and provide accurate answers
• Resolve client issues related to benefit programs and procedures
• Respond to inquiries about retirement benefit payments in a fast-paced service center
• Document all cases accurately in Salesforce case management
• Assist with filing, record maintenance, and document imaging
• Promote online reviews when appropriate
