Job summary

Five Star Solutions is hiring remote associates to assist retirement plan participants with distributions and account inquiries. This role targets residents of AL and other eligible states and emphasizes customer-focused service in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities include handling calls, emails, and web-based inquiries, documenting cases in Salesforce, and collaborating with teammates to resolve issues promptly. Training is provided and a shift differential applies.

Qualifications

• 1 year of customer service, call center, or office experience preferred
• Must be 18 years of age
• Background check as required by state and federal laws
• Strong communication and problem-solving abilities
• Comfortable working with billing and account information

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound participant calls, emails, and voicemails with professionalism
• Resolve client issues and inquiries regarding benefits and procedures
• Document all cases in Salesforce accurately and thoroughly
• Use multiple applications (Amplify, Word, Excel, Salesforce) to manage inquiries
• Escalate issues to supervisors when necessary
• Provide back-up support for participants/account holders
• Participate in training sessions to enhance knowledge
