Stratford Davis LLC seeks motivated, people-first individuals for a fully remote retirement planning role. You will conduct virtual consultations, explain income options, and tailor recommendations to each client’s goals. Training, licensing guidance, and mentorship are provided to help you succeed from home.

The position offers uncapped commissions with performance-based bonuses and access to health benefit options, supporting your growth from consultant to leadership roles.

Compensation

This is a commission-based role. Your earnings are uncapped and grow directly with the number of clients you help, supported by performance bonuses, incentive trips for top producers, and access to health benefit options.
