Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant professional experience.
• Certified Financial Planner (CFP) certification is required.
• Active FINRA Series 7, 63, and 65 registrations with FINRA background check.

Responsibilities

• Develop comprehensive financial plans for retirement participants in institutional settings.
• Conduct personalized, needs-based financial planning consultations to assess goals and retirement readiness.
• Provide guidance on retirement planning, investments, rollovers, HSAs, distributions, and managed accounts.
• Review portfolios as an Investment Adviser Representative of Advised Assets Group within Empower's model.
• Educate participants on Empower's My Total Retirement and managed account solutions.
• Apply Empower's CONSULT model to identify needs and tailor solutions.
• Maintain long-term relationships through ongoing guidance and service.
• Coordinate follow-ups with participants and other financial service providers.
