Job summary

Sentinel Group is looking for a motivated sales professional to develop a new territory and drive retirement plan services to financial advisors. The role requires building trusted advisor relationships, prospecting through cold calls, email, LinkedIn, webinars, and in-person meetings.

You will manage a balanced pipeline, collaborate with internal teams, and travel for in-person meetings, while targeting the Great Lakes market from a remote base, with salary in the stated range and commission

Qualifications

• 3-5+ years in B2B sales; willingness to train.
• Strong familiarity with defined contribution/defined benefits retirement plans.
• Understanding of ERISA regulations and plan design.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.

Responsibilities

• Build out a new territory from prospecting and sourcing advisors.
• Establish new financial advisor channels and partner relationships.
• Maintain a balanced pipeline through traditional prospecting and outreach.
• Qualify opportunities using decision-making personas and best-fit opportunities.
• Communicate effectively with colleagues at all levels and manage CRM data.
