American Income Life Insurance Company is seeking a Retention Back Office Supervisor to guide reinstatement processes, audit targets, and call center retention tasks from a remote location.

You will manage a team of clerks, review timesheets in Kronos, provide coaching, and collaborate with field offices to resolve issues promptly. A high school diploma and 3 years supervisory experience are required, with life insurance familiarity preferred.

Qualifications

• 3 years of supervisory experience required; life insurance experience preferred.
• Experience managing remote teams and handling back-office processes.
• Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and assign Back Office tasks while tracking KPI targets for time and accuracy.
• Oversee audit targets and provide quality feedback.
• Assist agents with escalation and reinstatement questions and partner with field timely.
• Prepare reports for reinstatement initiatives and provide status updates.
• Review refunds processed by Reinstatement Clerks.
• Supervise clerks, review timesheets in Kronos, and implement improvements.
• Support department goals and assist in all roles as needed.
