We specialize in dealmaking, strategic site selection, and long-term relationship building in the retail leasing space.

We’re seeking a self-motivated, results-driven individual to join our team as an Entry Level Commercial Real Estate Associate, with a focus on retail leasing. This is a remote, commission-only position with a weekly virtual learning session to support continued growth and collaboration.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate and manage leads; cold call prospective clients
• Coordinate property tours
• Identify retail leasing opportunities and secure new business
• Canvass markets and build relationships with landlords, tenants, and brokers

What We’re Looking For

• Strong sales skills and ability to execute deals
• No prior real estate experience needed — we welcome new agents!
