Job summary

AG Consulting Partners, Inc. is a Redmond-based boutique firm seeking a Responsible AI Review PM to guide AI governance and HR program compliance. You’ll assess AI risks, provide actionable feedback, and coordinate with HR, Legal, and Privacy teams to ensure responsible AI outcomes.

You will review AI deployments, mentor teams on standards, and help drive scalable governance, monitoring, and documentation across projects.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in compliance, privacy, security, or AI risk governance.
• Experience reviewing AI assessments, applications, or technology deployments for policy compliance.
• Ability to interpret compliance requirements and clarify emerging AI guidance.
• Strong project management skills, including timelines and cross-functional deliverables.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to influence stakeholders.
• Analytical mindset with a risk-based approach to problem solving.
• Quick learner who can independently ramp on AI concepts, docs, and regulatory guidelines.
• Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment.

Responsibilities

• Reviewing Responsible AI Impact Assessments and providing clear feedback according to internal standards.
• Evaluating AI-enabled systems and third-party tech with initial approval/rejection recommendations.
• Analyzing deliverables to ensure alignment with Responsible AI policies and best practices.
• Tracking engagement status in the HR RAI Program Case Management Tool for visibility.
• Responding to inquiries from HR, Responsible AI, Privacy, Legal, and Data Governance teams.
• Guiding stakeholders to think analytically and recommending risk-aware, scalable solutions.
• Collaborating cross-functionally to align on strategy and governance throughout lifecycle.
