AG Consulting Partners, Inc. is seeking an experienced compliance and program management professional to support the HR Responsible AI program. You will combine hands-on compliance reviews with program operations, process improvements, tooling enablement, and reporting to scale governance.

The role emphasizes execution, ambiguity navigation, and driving initiatives to tangible outcomes in a Redmond-based firm. 8+ years in compliance, privacy, security, or AI risk governance are expected.

Overview

We are seeking an experienced compliance and program management professional to support the continued growth and evolution of the HR Responsible AI (RAI) program. This role combines hands-on compliance review responsibilities with program operations, process improvement, tooling enablement, and reporting capabilities.

The ideal candidate brings experience in compliance, privacy, security, or AI risk governance, along with a strong track record of translating strategic program objectives into scalable operational processes, tools, documentation, and measurable outcomes.

This role is highly execution-oriented and suited for a self-starter who is comfortable navigating ambiguity, driving initiatives forward, and translating strategic direction into real impact.

Key Responsibilities

Compliance Reviews & Governance Operations

• Conduct Responsible AI impact assessment reviews and related compliance activities, evaluating AI use cases and systems against established governance requirements and controls.

• Partner with stakeholders across HR to guide them through compliance processes, identify potential risks, clarify requirements, and support successful completion of required assessments and documentation.

• Document review outcomes, recommendations, and decisions while maintaining high standards of quality, consistency, and operational rigor.

• Identify recurring compliance challenges, process gaps, and opportunities to improve review effectiveness, stakeholder experience, and program scalability.

Program Operations & Continuous Improvement

• Partner with HR Responsible AI program leadership to translate evolving governance requirements into operational processes, tools, documentation, and program capabilities.

• Design, refine, and implement program processes, operating procedures, reviewer guidance, and knowledge management resources that enable efficient and consistent program execution.

• Lead the detailed design and implementation of operational improvements, including enhancements to assessment workflows, intake, case management, or other program capabilities.

• Develop requirements, user stories, process documentation, and implementation plans to support compliance transformation initiatives and operational improvements.

• Identify, define, and support opportunities for automation, AI-assisted workflows, and process efficiencies that improve program effectiveness while maintaining governance objectives.

• Support implementation of new compliance requirements by ensuring updates are appropriately reflected across program processes, documentation, stakeholder guidance, review workflows, tooling, reporting, and operational practices.

Metrics, Reporting & Tooling

• Build and maintain Power BI dashboards and visualizations that provide visibility into program health, compliance activities, operational performance, and key performance indicators.

• Analyze operational and compliance data to identify trends, risks, process bottlenecks, and opportunities for continuous improvement.

• Partner with program stakeholders to refine reporting approaches and ensure metrics remain aligned to evolving program objectives.

• Support data quality, reporting consistency, and ongoing enhancement of dashboarding and measurement capabilities.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Work effectively across the RAI program, other compliance, and technology delivery teams to deliver integrated solutions that support governance objectives and operational excellence.

• Draft communications, training materials, guidance documentation, and other artifacts that support successful implementation of program changes.

• Build trusted relationships with stakeholders while helping drive initiatives from concept through implementation.

You have:

• 8+ years of experience in compliance, privacy, security or AI risk governance.

• Demonstrated experience reviewing AI assessments, applications, or technology deployments to determine compliance with internal or external policies.

• Strong program execution and operational delivery experience, including process design, process improvement, and implementation of complex initiatives.

• Experience developing operational documentation, procedures, playbooks, requirements, user stories, and related program artifacts.

• Experience creating reports and dashboards using Power BI or similar data visualization tools.

• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret operational and compliance data and translate insights into actionable recommendations.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to create clear documentation and stakeholder-facing materials.

• Demonstrated ability to work independently, manage competing priorities, and drive progress within fast-paced, ambiguous environment.

You might also have:

• Experience working with or within global technology companies in a similar compliance, privacy, or AI governance function, either as a technologist, engineer, attorney, or compliance specialist.

• Familiarity with Responsible AI frameworks (e.g., EU AI Act, U.S. NIST AI RMF), data protection practices (e.g. GDPR, CCPA), or regulatory expectations related to AI.

• Exposure to HR systems or processes, particularly as they relate to AI governance, data ethics, or employee trust.

• Experience building process automation, workflow optimization, or AI-enabled operational capabilities.

• Experience building or refining Power BI data models, measures, or reporting frameworks.

• Background in large-scale compliance transformation or governance modernization initiatives.

• Consulting experience and a demonstrated ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on detail-oriented execution.
