Adventures by America is seeking organized, customer-focused individuals to join our remote team as Remote Reservation Specialists. You will assist clients with researching options, coordinating travel reservations, and ensuring booking details are accurate and complete while working in a remote environment.

You will communicate with travel suppliers to confirm availability, pricing, and reservation details, provide destination information, and maintain organized client records.

Qualifications

• Must have strong communication and customer service skills.
• Detail-oriented with good organizational abilities.
• Comfortable working independently in a remote setting.
• Basic computer proficiency and reliable internet access.
• Must be at least 18 years old and authorized to work.
• Travel industry experience is helpful but not required; training provided.
