• Assess research labs' cyber posture against federal standards and advise remediation.

• Develop compliance processes, SOPs, and documentation to support NSPM‑33.
• Collaborate with campus IT groups to answer technical questions and coordinate incident response.
• Create training materials and provide one-on-one consultation on cyber compliance.
