Cohen Veterans Network seeks a post-doctoral research associate focused on quantitative data management and analysis. Under the Deputy Director, Institute for Quality, you will conduct literature reviews, develop research questions, and pursue grant opportunities to expand CVN's research portfolio.

Qualifications

• Doctorate (PhD) in clinical psychology or related clinical/social science field.
• 5-7 years’ experience in a research institute or academic setting.
• Knowledge of clinical/experimental psychology and data management.
• Familiar with social science methodologies: qual/quant, longitudinal, cross-sectional.
• Ability to design studies, data analytic plans, and sampling strategies.
• Experience with human subjects protections/IRB processes.

Responsibilities

• Conduct literature reviews and syntheses; develop research questions.
• Identify and pursue grant funding opportunities to expand the portfolio.
• Support internal operations research and quality improvement projects.
• Optimize clinical care and organizational processes within CVN.
• Collaborate with the Deputy Director, Institute for Quality and teams.
