Job summary

Pindrop is seeking a Research Scientist II to drive core research on real-time video processing and meeting analytics. You will design deep learning solutions for face recognition and deepfake detection, and develop robust pipelines that translate research into production-ready tools.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure reproducibility, efficiency, and impact, while contributing to patents and top-tier publications.

Qualifications

• PhD in a quantitative field or equivalent research experience.
• 3+ years of professional deep learning experience in computer vision or video analysis.
• Strong Python programming and ability to build research packages.
• Hands-on experience with PyTorch, TensorFlow, or Keras.
• Experience deploying ML models to production environments.

Responsibilities

• Conduct research to develop new video processing and meeting analytics features.
• Design and evaluate deep learning models for face recognition and deepfake detection.
• Build internal research packages for training/testing ML models with reproducibility and efficiency.
• Collaborate with research engineers to deploy models into production.
• Publish patents and peer‑reviewed papers in top conferences.
