FutureSearch is a seed-stage startup focused on AI forecasting, research, and epistemics. We are a small, elite team of engineers and researchers at the frontier of our subfield. We work rapidly, with pragmatic judgment and strong product alignment, while staying deeply curious about the future of AI.

Remote first with flexible hours and equity, we prioritize collaboration across time zones and travel to meet the team when possible. This role is fully remote and highly impactful.

Qualifications

• Strong background in math, physics, CS, or a quantitative field.
• Currently studying modern AI systems and curious about the future of AI.
• Able to tackle ambiguous open problems and make progress quickly.
• Proficient in coding agents to run experiments and productionize results.

Responsibilities

• Conduct breakthrough AI forecasting and epistemics research.
• Develop benchmarks, datasets, and tasks to evaluate AI systems.
• Align research outcomes with product and customer deliverables.
• Communicate progress and findings within the team.
