The role focuses on rigorous study design, deep-dives into claims data, and clear executive-level communication, with travel only as needed for training or meetings.

Qualifications

• Master's or PhD in a quantitative field related to epidemiology or health analytics.
• 2+ years applying statistical methods to large datasets.
• Strong foundation in causal inference and study design.
• Experience using Python, PySpark, R, or SAS.
• Ability to translate questions into analytic strategies.
• Excellent written and verbal communication for non-technical audiences.
• Capacity to manage multiple priorities with rigor.

Responsibilities

• Design and conduct outcomes studies evaluating clinical programs.
• Apply causal inference and epidemiologic methods to estimate impact.
• Analyze medical and operational data to identify performance drivers.
• Translate questions into defined analytic hypotheses with senior collaboration.
