Job summary

Stanford University is seeking a Research Program Manager to support observational studies in breast cancer and cancer genetics using real-world data sources (Oncoshare, SEER-Medicare, registries, surveys, REDCap/Qualtrics).

You will design protocols, define cohorts, variables, and analytic plans, and coordinate study implementation while supervising CRCA staff, trainees, and students remotely.

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating complex clinical, epidemiologic, or health services research studies.
• Experience working with large data sources such as EHRs, cancer registries, or claims data.
• Experience coordinating IRB submissions, regulatory documentation, and multi-project portfolios.

Responsibilities

• Design observational studies related to breast cancer and cancer genetics.
• Coordinate data collection, cohorts, variables, hypotheses, and analytic plans.
• Provide supervision and mentorship to research staff and students.

Education

Master's degree in epidemiology
