Job summary

Goldbelt, Inc. is seeking a Research Program Coordinator to support planning, execution, and coordination of hearing research studies and public health initiatives, especially for military health programs. Candidates should have strong communication skills and at least two years of project coordination experience.

This remote or hybrid position based in Maryland offers a salary range of $75,000 to $95,000 annually along with a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Minimum two years of project coordination experience.
• U.S. Citizenship required.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a favorable Government suitability determination.
• Ability to obtain and maintain SECRET clearance if required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate research and public health projects.
• Maintain schedules, milestones, and action-item tracking.
• Support IRB submissions and regulatory compliance activities.
• Coordinate stakeholder meetings and communications.
• Support participant recruitment and study logistics.

Skills

Written and verbal communication skills

Knowledge of Microsoft Office

Ability to manage multiple tasks

Education

Bachelor's degree
